And that BANNING, caused Jay and Kanye to have some ISSUES . . . so much so that Kanye REFUSED to attend the afterparty with Jigga.

It was left to his fellow N***** In Paris star Jay-Z to get bongoed at the afterparty with his wife Beyonce.

We're told that the reason he had to talk to Kim via SKYPE and not real life . . . is that Bey and Jay had FORBID him to bring Kim around them.DANG ...
